Got this as a gift for the husband and he loves it. His work is very physical and his back gets sore so he uses the pad a lot and he says it's perfect...with maybe the exception of the position of the plug. That can get in the way.
I have been living with lower back problems for well over 7 years. Regular heating pads have become so cumbersome to keep in place, as shifting to relieve pressure in back from sitting is constant, and having to move heating pad or should we say reposition the heating pad is a lot of trouble. Thank you for making a product that is so convenient to use. Weather I am sitting and plugged in to the outlet using the heating pad element or standing and walking around using the gel pack has been a great back saver.
fabulous unit. a little bit loud, but warm enough and a gentle, vibrating massage on either side of the spine, right where the muscles need it. The price including shipping was very fair, and the product is exactly as it was described. The construction and material are sturdy and of good quality and the unit functions properly. Warning to Europeans or large people: this product fits a fairly slim/small person. the maximum waist size for use I would estimate to be about 32-34 inches.
