Got this as a gift for the husband and he loves it. His work is very physical and his back gets sore so he uses the pad a lot and he says it's perfect...with maybe the exception of the position of the plug. That can get in the way.

Warning to Europeans or large people: this product fits a fairly slim/small person. the maximum waist size for use I would estimate to be about 32-34 inches.
