The truth is not very comfortable but it fulfills its function quite well if you accommodate it properly, it keeps me straight and is not very hoarding to wear under a shirt

Quality of the product is okay. Good item for the price. But I don’t see point of using it now when I tried it, it’s better to just hit the gym or do home training to tighten the muscles of the shoulders and the back and it will be better.
