If your package is non-deliverable due to insufficient address please contact us immediately at welcome@enovacare.co with your Order Number. You will be responsible for the secondary shipment charge due to customer address error.
If you refuse any shipments or request a refund due to insufficient address, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
